At Joy Box, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service or drop it off at one of our designated collection points.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 7 business days.
